Location of LAKE VILLAGE 

Our seven condos are in an ideal location near the south east shore of the lake Nevada Beach.  Edgewood Golf, Heavenly Ski Resort and the casios are all close by.  Lake Village is a private 327-condo complex at the southeast corner of Lake Tahoe about a half-mile from the lake and less than a mile from the California border. See the ski map or the golf map for the location. It is nestled amongst tall, scented pines and firs with the units spread out in the rock outcrops and trees. Some condos have views of the lake and most can see the mountains forming the Tahoe rim.

There is a small fee for using the clubhouse, but all the other are free amenities.  The complex has a summer pool, tennis courts, barbecues, a large outdoor hot tub, sauna and a clubhouse for members and their guests.  The village is less than a mile from Tahoe's major casinos, several beaches, and Edgewood Golf Course.  Twenty ski resorts are within an hour's drive. The village is on the trail map of Heavenly, the largest ski resort in the US.
